The 84,000 sf law offices for this firm are located on the 2nd - 5th floors of the Millennium Financial Center in Denver's Lower Downtown District. The project features warm finish materials, extensive millwork and natural light throughout the space. The design increased efficiency by 25% from their prior location and features a central library and lounge area which promotes interaction between the attorneys and staff. Attorney offices were placed in interior locations to address the common, "zero lot line" exterior enclosure on the west side which has no glass. The interior offices are larger than the exterior offices and they view to the exterior through extensive glazing at the exterior attorney wall.
