INVESCO Funds headquarters occupies two buildings totaling 260,000 square feet and is home to 1200 employees. The boardroom, executive meeting rooms, auditorium and dining room support large-group sales presentations and are designed to reflect a stable yet progressive image. The project also includes a customer service center, an investor center, the trading room, a television broadcast facility, a 5000 sf data processing center, a full service commercial kitchen, a 150 person employee dining room, and an exercise facility with locker rooms and aerobics studio. Acquilano Leslie was also responsible for the specification, bidding and procurement of $6,000,000 of new furniture.
