Ralph is a licensed architect and principal in the firm with over 30 years of corporate interior design, architectural design and multi-family residential experience. Ralph brings a wide range of skills to each project, including building evaluation review, programming, space planning, conceptual design, project management and contract administration. His broad experience is relied upon for design and quality control throughout the design studio. Notable projects include the headquarters for Invesco Funds Group, Newmont Mining, Koelbel and Company, Boston Chicken Inc., and Johns Manville. Other large corporate clients include McGraw-Hill Companies / Standard and Poors, Times Mirror and AT&T. He has also managed the design work for the law firms of Faegre and Benson as well as Hall and Evans. 

Prior to joining Acquilano Leslie, Ralph worked for over 16 years with Gensler becoming a Senior Associate and a firm-wide resource. As director of the Tenant Design Studio, he designed and planned millions of square feet in over 30 buildings. He also spent 2-1/2 years with a major interior finish general contractor providing business development and client management services. Ralph participated in project team development, preconstruction services and bidding reviews, providing him with detailed experience in value engineering, scheduling and budget analysis of architectural documents.

Ralph received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas, School of Architecture and Urban Design in 1971. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects, BOMA, and IFMA, and participates in other professional service organizations. Ralph's broad range of experience is a valuable leadership asset for your project.
