Acquilano Leslie Incorporated is an award winning architectural firm specializing in corporate architecture and interior design.  Our experience includes projects for a wide range of local and national companies in the technology, communications, legal, financial, insurance, engineering and energy industries including many Fortune 500 companies.  Six of Colorado’s ten largest law firms have relied on our law firm planning expertise.  We have also completed projects in the public sector for the state and federal governments including the regional headquarters for the US Fish and Wildlife and the Colorado Department of Transportation as well as numerous mountain resort projects in the resort town of Crested Butte, Colorado.

 Representative clients include Sprint, Sherman and Howard, Baker and Hostetler, Steelcase, Allstate Insurance, Kerr McGee, Echostar, Time Warner, Avaya, Lucent Technologies, MCI, Thomson Healthcare, CoBiz Financial, and Computer Associates.  We have completed headquarters projects in excess of 250,000 sf for CH2MHill, Invesco Funds Group and XO Communications.

 We are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) approved designers and have completed significant LEED certified projects.  We actively pursue opportunities for sustainable design in our work.  We are NCARB certified and licensed to practice in fourteen states.  We provide design services on a national basis for Sprint and have completed other projects out of state for energy, software development and legal clients.

 The firm was founded in 1990 by Donna Acquilano and Owen Leslie and is the successor to Acquilano Design founded in 1986. The firm’s principals include Scott Rigsby and Ralph Hellman.  The principals all come from large, national architectural firms including SOM, CRS, HOK and Gensler, and they bring to each project their many years of experience designing and building millions of square feet across the United States and Canada.
