Designed to suit two companies under one roof, the response included spaces for both each with a distinctive look and feel. Located in the heart of Cherry Creek, the office serves as home-base for the mobile agents and a storefront resource for both buyers and renters.

Design for Mobile Agents
Kentwood real estate agents rely on the branch office for client meeting spaces, resources, and the opportunity to discuss business with colleges. Our research into the work habits of agents showed that the space should be part sales tool, part resource, and part social.
“I like that this space doesn’t follow the expected. Oversized drum pendants, bright green accent carpet and touchdown workstations all communicate this space isn’t intended for the traditional office user.”
– Eky Kosiyasthit, Acquilano
“To help attract and retain quality agents, Kentwood made mindful efforts to construct a space with the tools their people need to succeed.”
-Ashley Stinson, Acquilano
The ability to catch some fresh air is undervalued. In addition to their street side storefront, the space is planned to take full advantage of the building’s stunning rooftop terrace views of the Cherry Creek North shopping district.
