City & Mountain Views

The guiding design principal was to draw inspiration from both the big city glamour and the rugged mountains. Fine leather goods signify ‘high quality’ in both rural and urban settings. Whether it’s a well-appointed luxury vehicle interior or hand crafted horse tack, the emphasis is lifestyle. For the reception’s first impression, we featured calf suede hides soaked in navy aniline dye in old wooden drums.

“The intent was to create a space that reflected high-end brokerage. The space should be suitable for both median and multi-million dollar closings without suggesting it is at the expense of the client’s paid commissions.”

– Drew Marlow, Acquilano

“Saint Paul is a thoughtfully designed space that allows our brokers a “work home”, a space that is sleek, comfortable, and inviting for them to spend productive, focused time as well as gather and relax with their co-workers.”

-Shannel Ryan, Managing Broker

On the Move

By evaluating workstyles, we confirmed that brokers are highly mobile, team oriented, and prefer variety throughout the day. The workplace serves as both a resource center with private focus spaces and as social hubs with all the right tools. Upon entry, a hospitality bar featuring antiqued mirror wall tile and high-top seating provides agents an informal venue to socialize with teammates and clients.

“The Cherry Creek operation has always been a collaborative effort to raise the bar, achieve personal goals and grow market share across all price points. This space allows us to improve our service offering while growing responsibly.”

-Shannel Ryan, Managing Broker

Mountain Chic

The sparkle of Cherry Creek shows through in the chromed signage and glimmering ‘Hope’ pendant by Luceplan. In contrast, Luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in a herringbone pattern and asymmetrical faux steel beams overhead provide a subtle sense of casual comfort by breaking the formal symmetry.

“Texture was highly emphasized using architectural and decorative lighting to help add a residential touch. A few added accessories finished the look of a fully curated space.”

-Drew Marlow, Acquilano
